employers want to see how you do at other jobs, and they want to see how well you can communicate in different ways. So they know if you are going to be someone they want to hire.
They want to see how out going you are. If youre just like anybody else or different. Employers want to see if you are well at communicating and also want to see how well you've done at previous jobs.
