Should be “p+q/r”.

Using English grammar, one can group the terms using “sum of...”, “product of...”, and “quotient of x and y.” (Where ... can be “x and y”)

Subtracting in English is slightly different using “x subtracted from y” meaning “y-x”.

All of these terms can be used in tandem to create expressions like the given answer.
