What does the author of "The Expert" mean when he says that Katie is "all business"?

To say someone is "all business" means that the person is very serious.  They take the job or task at hand and would to complete it to the best of their ability.  "All business" means very little joking around, taking responsibility for their actions, and fixing problems.
