y=2+5/6x-----1
4x=3+3y-----2
from equation ----2
X=3+3y/4
substitute for the value of X in equation-----1
y=7/6(3+3y)/4
y=7 x4/6(3+3y)
y=28/18+18y
y(18+18y)=28
18y²+18y-28=0
9y²+9y-14
X=-b±√b² - 4ac/2a
X=-18±√18²-4(-28x18)/2x18
x=-18±√324+2016/36
X=-18±√65
X=-18+8.06
x=9.94
X=-18-8.06=-26.0 6
X=9.9 ; X=-26.06
