A horse wins 12 out of 15 races. About how many races would you expect the horse to win out of 50?

12/15 can be simplified to 4/5 since 3*4=12 and 3*5=15

So 4/5 also equals 40/50 therefor you’d expect the horse to win 40 races out of 50.
