As we are given AC=BC.

Hence, ∠A=∠B.

i.e. 34=x-5

x=34+5=39°.

Hence, ∠A=34° and ∠B=34°.

Also the sum of all the angles of a triangle =180°.

hence ∠A+∠B+∠C=180°

34+34+4y=180°

4y=112 ( As 34+34=68 and then we subtract from 180° since on taking it to the right hand side).

y=28 (Divide both side by 4).

Hence, ∠A=34°

∠B=34°

∠C=112°

Hence, the value of y is 28.
