Patient care should always be to tailor, comfort the patient at all costs. As a healthcare worker we meet the needs of the patient, we serve; thus a positive impact on the patient care would be how you talk/your sentence structure/how much you check on the patient/and your best interest for the patient. They want to know that you see them as a human and not another number.
