Money Joe makes per hour = $8.50

In 10 hours he will make money = [tex]8.50\times10=85[/tex]

Money Maggie make per hour = $9

In 10 hours she will make money = [tex]9\times10=90[/tex]

So, both of them together will make = [tex]85+90=175[/tex]

Hence, they will make $175 in 10 hours.
