x is independent which means you can pick any x you want so:
lets pick x = 0
2y = 5(0) + 11
2y = 11
/2 /2
y= 11/2 so thats (0, 11/2)
now x=1
2y = 5x + 11
2y = 5(1) + 11
2y = 5 + 11
2y = 16
/2 /2
y = 8 thats (1,8)
now x = 3
2y = 5(3) + 11
2y = 15 + 11
2y = 26
/2 /2
y = 13 thats (3, 13)
now you have your 3 points, plot them on teh graph and join them and thats the graph
