If both pi cancel each other out would the equation then be rational? Question is pi x 1/pi

No, it would not be rational because if you cancel the pi's cancel each other out you have no number for the answer.

Yes. The answer is ration. If you divide by a number, you can multiply to neutralize, or cancel it. If 1/πxπ is the problem 1 is the answer.
