Molar mass N₂ = 28.0 g/mol

Number of moles:

n = mass / molar mass

n = 14 / 28.0

n = 0.5 moles

1 mole N₂ -------- 22,4 ( at STP)
0.5 mole N₂ ------- ?? Liters

L = 22.4 * 0.5 = 11,2 L

hope this helps!
