When there is a high degree of customization there needs to be more consideration in the process planning due to the complexity. When there is more complexity there is many different ways that work needs to be organized so that things are not just pushed to the side. If there is a high level of skills and items needed to complete the planning process, there needs to be a set schedule and better thought out designs in the planning process.
