How can I write a slope intercept form of an equation with a line through the given points?

Pick two random points on the line. now use the equation y=mx+b.

B is the y-coordinate of the y intercept. for example, if the y-intercept is at 0, 1, you would only write 1 in place of B.

M is the slope of the line, written in fractional form. I'd assume you know how this works.

X means nothing other than X, I think.
