For this case we have the following linear function:
 [tex]y = 2x-4 [/tex]
 What we must do is equal the function to zero or equivalently, substitute the value of y = 0 in the given function.
 We have then:
 [tex]2x - 4 = 0 [/tex]
 From here, we clear the value of x.
 We have then:
 [tex]2x = 4 x = 4/2 x = 2[/tex]
 Answer:

all real zeros of the function y = 2x-4 are:

x = 2
