The first step would be to subtract the 15, giving you [tex] \frac{-4}{5} p \ \textgreater \ \frac{3}{5} -15[/tex], after that you would divide by [tex] \frac{-4}{5} [/tex], and flip the fraction. You'd divide both the [tex] \frac{3}{5} [/tex] and the -15 by [tex] \frac{-4}{5} [/tex]. At this point you should have p < 18.75 - 0.75. which after simplifying would give you p < 18.
