I believe the blood pressure is lowest in Veins. Blood pressure is highest in the aorta, because it is the receiving end of the pressure exerted by the heart in the left ventricle. The pumping of the heart is the major contributor to pressure in the blood vessels. Blood pressure is lowest in the Vena cava because flow resistance brings the pressure down. Blood pressure; Highest in Artery, then arteriole, the capillaries, then venule and lastly lowest in the veins.
